This chat plugin is not worth it. If you use it in non 3cx mode then there are 100 other better alternatives there. The only use it has is in 3cx mode but you can’t really use it because the chat window reloads with every page. It is such an easy fixx, not sure why it hasn’t been done yet

I think you should focus on this and nothing else. The plugin is not usable until you get this issue resolved. Thanks

You can do that through settings -> languages. Just edit French and change the flag to Quebec. You might have to upload a custom one and refresh the page. Hope it helps
