you could try to use caching plugin, this will speed up your website loading and all the static files do not need to reload everytime you / other visitor go to your website.

maybe you should use a reverse proxy like cloudflare and block the IP address

its server issues.. try to contact your host provider

Try this (you need to use FTP to do this):

1. resetting plugin by renaming plugin folder (wp-content/plugins) by adding “-old” to the end of folder name
2. create new plugin folder called plugins
3. try to access your wordpress
4. re-installing plugin as necessary by download or move it from plugind-old folder one by one to the new plugin folder.

if your site still blank then you could try

5. download latest wordpress and copy all folder and files except wp-content folder and wp-config.php file and paste it into your server

thanks for your reply.. so i need to install wordpress with different domain but point the second domain to the first one?.. if im doing that will my website penalized by Google because it has the same content but different domains and servers?

i already use Updraft Backup for backup the site.. but i want make recovery of my site easier when one of them crashed by using two different server
