PROBLEM SOLVED

There is no limitation in core WordPress, but limitation is server based.

php.ini file should be updated with this code:

max_input_vars=5000;

If you don’t have access to root folder, safe way to do this is via CPanel/PHP config, or simply create php.ini by yourself and upload it to wp-admin folder.

Thanks for reply. I am using Genesis Framework with Enterprise Pro child theme.

“Suddenly” – WP and Visual Composer plugin were updated.. nothing else.
But WP 4.2.1 update was merely security update, and VC has nothing much to do with ‘menus’.

But, i will try to contact theme developers..
