you are in the wrong forum. You are not using the “The Events Calendar Extension: Registration” plugin but another plugin. You have to use their support forum.

yes you can just use the do_shortcode function in your theme, where you want the button to appear.
<?php echo do_shortcode( '[wpecr_registration_button]' ) ?>That should do the job.
if not have look here: put-the-register-now-button-anywhere

I am not sure if you are referring to our plugin? This is not the support for “Goodlayers plugin” neither “The Events Calendar”.
In the “The Events Calendar Extension: Registration” is no possibility “to add a course in the agenda“.

It seems Estonian hast the language Code “et” not “et_EE”
You have to rename your language files to:
wpcer-et.mo
wpcer-et.poet_EE is the wrong language Code.
(And after the next plugin Update coming soon to)
