I added the IPs (all of them from the link you posted) as “Allowed”. If I need to choose a different option let me know.
There are no other Firewalls in the hosting.

Thanks for the reply, but I couldn’t wait for someone to reply to my thread (posted 4 days ago) so I had to find another option.
I worked around this issue by using a Plugin (“Post Type Switcher” for anyone coming along this post having similar issues) to bulk change the Post type of my existing products from “Post” to “Product”, which worked. Once the products were moved over they displayed properly in the Products section of WooCommerce and from there I could make modifications using CSV Import.
In my experience the CSV Imported as a way of initially populating products simply doesn’t work. Very frustrating first experience with WooCommerce. Hopefully it gets smoother from here since I’ve already invested so much time in it. No way I would pay for it at this point since their support is non existent for those of us who, like me, are trying to kick the tires before I commit. If we have to rely on this support forum, which in my case meant several days before an answer is seen, then they’re likely missing out on a lot of potential customers.
Sorry, went on a little rant there ?? I do appreciate your reply and time Phillip, but looks like I worked this out another way.
