I did some further debugging and found the cause of the issue and it has been fixed in the latest version.

Could I kindly ask you to update the basic version of Zephyr Project Manager now to 1.9.1 and then clear your cache and try it again?

I would really like to help you get this resolved as soon as possible.

I was not able to login to the page you mentioned to debug further, but would it perhaps be possible to send me a screenshot of the JavaScript console on this page to determine if this might be due to a JavaScript error? The console can be opened in Chrome by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + J.

My sincere apologies for the delay in response and for the issue you are experiencing. This is most likely due to a JavaScript error on the page.

To fix this could I kindly ask if you could send me a screenshot of the JavaScript console which can be opened by right clicking on the page, clicking ‘Inspect’ and then on the ‘Console’ tab.
