In reply to: [Wise Chat] Notify user for an offline userI have been trying to set that up in the Notifications tab. As an admin I added the email address of one our Editor’s email. With the person logged out they are not receiving an email when I send a private message. What am I missing?
If the admin email address is [email protected] and the email address of an Editor is [email protected]. How exactly do I configure notifications so that when the admin sends (or another editor) sends a private message to dennis an email gets sent to [email protected] even if dennis is logged off WP?
Can you tell me specifically, please, I have been trying.
Thanks, Dennis

In reply to: [DW Question & Answer] 403 error when making reply commentsHi,
I was attempting to solve this, I deactivated the other plugins I was using, bbPress, Events Manager, and WP Document Revisions and that did not resolve the issue.
Next under My Site|Settings|Discussion I turned off “Allow readers to leave comments using their WordPress.com, Twitter, Facebook, or Google+ accounts”, “Comment author must fill out name and email” and “Users must be registered and logged in to comment”
Next under WPAdmin|Questions|Settings|Permissions I turned on Post rights to anonymous users.
Now if I make a comment while logged in with a WordPress account it will work and below the comment box it says it will use my logged in account. For an anonymous users it will prompt for email and name but it works.
How do I configure the plugin to allow anonymous users to make a comment without having to enter an email address and name?
Thank you.
Dennis
