I’ve been logged in every time I submit the request. Just submitted another request on a different pc… I was logged in, and had no vpn.
After submitting the form, I got a message that says, ” Thanks! Your ticket has been submitted successfully. Launch and Sell will be in touch soon.”
Is Launch and Sell paid customer support?
Still no ticket email and no sign of a ticket under the Support tab.
Is there an email I can use to get support? or a number to call?
I hate to pay $329 for 3 plugins and not be able to get support when they don’t work properly.
