3. The stars are already wrapped in to div containers. So if you like to change them, you can use your own css for that.Hope that help.
Did you double check that you entered the correct App ID and Facebook User ID for the admin?
There is nothing which needs to be updated for 3.8.1. Everything the uses is still the same as before.
I just released an update for the plugin which contains a new option to disable content scanning. If you activate that option, then this should fix the issue of the white screen.
The code you pasted is correct.
Could you please post a link to the page where the stars are not working?

Juts deactivate the updater plugin until we send out an email, that we have a new version for it. SEO Booster will still work without any restrictions.

have you tried to deactivate the content scanning option within the settings page?
Have you ever tested one of the posts not working correctly with the Facebook debugger tool?

Sometimes Facebook has posts cached and when you use the tool it refreshes the cache and then it works again.
