We have 7 sites where this plugin is working fine with the 3.0.6 version. However we have 3 sites using Woocommerce and every time I upgrade to 3.0.6, the plugin fails (automatically deactivates). When returning to 2.4.8 everything works again.

We found that unchecking the BCC box allowed it to work. It looks like there’s a bug in the plugin, where if you check the “BCC” box in the Invoice Plugin email settings, then it does not set a valid FROM address. Without a FROM address, the email doesn’t send correctly.

Went back to 2.4.8 and all my reviews reappeared. I don’t think the 3.1 problem is impacting just .1% of users.

Same problem for us as well.

Same problem and wish someone had an answer. What is sad is that I found a solution but forgot to save the changes and when updating the theme, the solution was gone.

Please let me know if you have something. Could use it right away.

Hey DJ, that worked for me! Who would have thunk it? However I am still very concerned that Joost has not responded to anything including tweets. I was thinking of purchasing his local SEO plugin but have some doubts now.

We create our own themes so they are essentially the same across all sites and we have the same SEO and video SEO plugins installed. However, the 1.4.3 plugin still works on the older sites but not on one we just created. The video SEO plugin requires authorization and this plugin behaves like it also needs authorization.

I logged into his support site and entered a report about this issue but no response.

In any case Joost has been good with updates and support in the past so he must be on vacation in Fiji.

I am having the same issue but it is only on some sites. All sites are using our custom themes so I am guessing it is a plugin conflict. It is also a problem with the Yoast video SEO plugin.

Same here. Always like Yoast SEO but this video plugin does not appear to be of the same quality. It simply does not work and the 10 ratings of 1 indicate a problem to which the author is not responding. Not good especially after spending $89 which is a lot more than most other plugins of the same capability.

I checked out the lightwindow and it is what we are looking for. Now if it was configured as a WordPress plugin. It is not clear if it supports .m4v or 264.
