The URL might be longer than just the key phrase, but the key phrase is part of it nonetheless

An excellent suggestion to switch to SMTP for sending emails. It solved the problem.

RE your suggestions for a possible solution: I checked every one of them before putting my original questions to you, except for the SMTP option.
