Thanks, yes I had to take it down because I wanted people to be able to access one page on my site (where I give away a free ebook) but they couldn’t access it because IgniteUp was running.

It would be nice some day if you could change the code so that we could specify a specific page link, so that we could send people to that specific page and they could see it, even though the whole site is under maintenance. Just an idea, thanks!

Yes it is Dropbox! What a shoddy service! GRRR! This is what they say:

Sorry about that – guess I’ll be looking for a replacement for them too, arrghh!

I just had an anxiety attack though because I didn’t get notified of a new newsletter sign-up and I thought my mail program had failed, but I looked you up and see you attempted to subscribe but didn’t click the Confirmation email. It probably got sent to your Spam or Promotions folder, sorry! I don’t have enough money yet for one of those fancy “high-performing” email services, ha ha!

Omg you’re right, it IS the hover color! And just now I tried turning on the tag line and now I see the new color IS there!

I think the problem was that I made so many changes yesterday that my browser cache got full. I had a different problem later on last night, (WordPress Admin toolbar disappeared) and I cleared my cache which solved that problem.

I just tried the plugin again today (with the cleared cache) and it’s working, so yay!

Thanks for responding to my request – I had given up on the plugin yesterday but you spurred me on to give it another try and I’m glad I did!

Thanks but I was able to work around it. I closed “Excerpts” and luckily it did not print anything (like the word “Excerpts”) on my screen. It completely closed which was good.

I then just typed my excerpts into the Summary section and that looks fine.

This is a great plugin! I did just notice one other small problem with it though – I created a Series (just 2 books) and if a visitor clicks the name of the series, it creates a plain box with both book titles jumbled together. It has an Edit button but that doesn’t seem to be functional.

Update: I was able to see the change (color change) after I logged out of WordPress and logged back in.

In the meantime, I tried using Internet Explorer and there, the Customizer would not let me click on “Background Color” at all.

I just tried changing the color a second time(using Firefox). Again I could only see the change after logging out of WordPress and back in again.

This time though I can’t see the new color on Internet Explorer at all, even after clearing the cache and refreshing the screen.

Arrrrgghhh! I just ran a full virus scan too – all clean!

Oh yay!!! Can’t wait!!!

LOL clayhut about the “soap opera” – if that happened to me though I’d have a heart attack! I didn’t know the host could restore the database – good to know and I sure hope that works for you! ReiNasc – thanks for the link to the old versions of WordPress – I saved it in my Springpad notebook under “Heart Attacks”, lol – just kidding but I did save it for future reference.
