Thanks for your response. I did initially try contacting you through your internal support ticketing system.

Ticking Number: 40028

When I followed up to that ticket, looks like it gave me a new number? 40062.

The two that show up are Administrators.
I have 11 Admins and 1 Editor.

No custom roles or something crazy, but basic WP functionality. Does that help?
