Hello,
I’m sorry to hear that you found MARE to be too expensive to grab individual answers. Just so you know, you can download your individual answers via a CSV file on the free plan so that you have full access to your data.
The individual answers provided in MARE connect each answer with the behavior and history of that user on your site. This additional data is what is included in the MARE Insights subscription.
Either way, thanks for your feedback!
Marking this issue as resolved as I haven’t heard back. Let me know if you’re still having any issues and I’ll take a look.

Hello,
Thanks for your message and your concerns regarding the browser cache.
Though the MARE script would never slow down the loading of your client’s site (MARE loads at the end, after the site is loaded), I can understand how you would want to check these items off your list.
We have made some changes to the browser caching headers, and compressed the png file you mentioned. I ran a test and PageSpeed should no longer bring up these issues.
If the messages persist, please wait a few hours for the cache to update.
Thanks, and please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.
Cheers!
Hi AnDee,
I’ve successfully installed both Ninja Popups and the MARE plugin on the same page in multiple configurations without any errors.
Because I’m not able to recreate the issue, would you be able to send me a link where this issue is taking place? If you send it to [email protected] then I can take a look right away and sort out any errors that may be happening.
Cheers,
E
Hi AnDee,
Not sure what would be happening here, but there is no code within the MARE plugin that would cause this to happen. I assume this has to do with your other support thread, so I’m going to mark this resolved and answer the question about ninja popups. If you have any other questions you can also reach us at [email protected].
Cheers,
E
Hey AnDee!
I will install the ninja popups plugin for troubleshooting and let you know what we find.

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out. There is no code used by MARE that checks for lost changes before closing or navigating from a page.
I think this is probably caused by something while you are using WordPress, possibly if you are looking at a preview of a post instead of the live post?
Either way there will be no lost data, and this message will not be displayed by any MARE code on your site.
I hope this helps, please let me know if you need anything else. You can also reach us at [email protected].
Cheers.

If you could please send me the following to [email protected] then I can take a look and help you out:
- Your wordpress version
- Your MARE.io email address
Thanks!
Hi Dave,
This is correct. You need a MARE.io account for this plugin to work. We did this because having a third-party service gives a number of great advantages and features that would not be possible in WordPress alone.

In reply to: [Popup Surveys & Polls for Wordpress (Mare.io)] register an accountHello,
I apologize for the confusion. The username field is the same as the email field. I will update the plugin and push an update out in the next few weeks.
For now please just enter your email address as the username.
Cheers,
EricHello,
You can target a specific page in the display options of your survey. Add a URL filter to only include traffic from ‘/products/’, and the survey will only display there.
Please let me know if you need anything else!
