Our plugin does what it says: Duplicating, Cloning, Migrating of WordPress websites for FREE.
Technically it can’t take more bandwidth, than it needs to make copy of your website.
It takes as much time as necessary to copy your site. This time depends on the speed of your Internet connection, speed of your source- and target servers.

Usually all our free users receive an answer within a couple of hours after sending, and this despite the fact that this plugin is completely free.
You could receive an answer today within one hour, if you gave us correctly email address.

Our “Duplicator-Clone” plugin does not have their own website AND we don’t need to have ability for receiving of images through website. If you really need this, so please, use an email address with correctly fulfilled respond address, to send us all needed information.

You need to use the latest plugin version to solve this problem.

It was fixed a long time ago and you use the 2.0.1 (looking at your screenshot) version.

Just update your plugin up to latest version.

you have not enough free space on your hosting/server
to create file archive for transferring to another server/hosting:

It is one of the possible problems, but not the fact that this is the problem.

YES, this is true.

Other “Duplicator” plugin suddenly disappeared between 1. and 2.November (please, take a look on the coments of 1. and 2.November). In two minutes after that that the plugin of Bob Riley suddenly disappeared – our plugin got negative reviews, wich was directly commented by Bob Riley & Co.

Strangely, but at the same time as his plugin was not available niether on wordpress nor on their website, he writes their comments on our wordpress plugin page… (!???)
In normal case, as the author of the not available plugin, he could to be engaged in the solution of problems of their plugin, but not our negative reviews at this time.

All of this “people”, who does negative reviews are

1. don’t described their problems at all;
2. doesn’t makes support request;
3. hasn’t support ticket number (we have support staff 24 hours 7 days a week!)
4. Only in this couple of days our plugin has received all of this negative reviews. Look how frequent and what comments the people give us.
5. Sure, after all these reviews the people like “ButterflyHerder” can confuse our plugin with another “Duplicator” and write:

These people have SO many disclaimers and defensive comments on their page — it’s pretty obvious

It was only the short description of that that here occurs.

Do not confuse our plugin with another “Duplicator” plugin!

At our free Duplicator plugin you use a full functionality of PRO features and simplicity of migration execution.

For example: out of the box we creating an archive of the source site (before transfer to target place) per default.
By other Duplicator plugin this feature is available in the PRO version only. So using our plugin on this basis, you can’t spent more time, than by using other Duplicator plugin.

Negative comments on this plugin come from authors of another duplicator.

The PHP version you use, is out of date.

We have made some changes in the plugin specially for backwords compatibility.

Please update your plugin up to 1.1.4 version.
