Hi Chellzo, I don’t know if you got a resolution; this drove me nuts for a couple of days as well as I could not find the grey folder. Ive just worked out the key step they have left out in their instructions is to click on the edit option (the pencil) once you add the condition.. that will take you through to the Elementor builder, which gives you the grey folder to add your templated widgets or pages.
