Thank you for getting back to me cyberchimps and for the advice WPyogi.

I am hoping this is a simple fix.

I have posted an image of how the menu appears through my IE9, Win 7 environment for me:

Disabling plug-ins has not solved the problem so I am thinking it is something else. If this is just a MY computer thing I am okay with that but for now I obviously need to assume others are experiencing similar issues.

Did this issue ever get resolved. I am having the same issues with my website as well. Mine is with the top navigation banner. The subpages get hidden under the blog posts.

I have tried disabling plug-ins but that doesn’t seem to help.
