In reply to: [WPAdverts - Classifieds Plugin] Feature Request: unit for custom fieldsThis is great to hear! – Thanks!
(wondering that this topic did not come up in the past already ??)
Thanks, I changed the global design settings of forms to emphasize the form elements which works fine for me now.
Anyhow, I still think something is not fully right with the styles of radio field – thanks for looking into it.
Some ideas to improve user experience:
- Maybe radio button form elements it could be added to the preview in the design settings too.
- It would be great to include the pricing information on the radio button’s label to make it easily clickable.
- Preselect the radio button of a price if only one is available in the renew ad form.

In reply to: [Simple Basic Contact Form] Missing spaces in german translationI am experiencing the same issues with the German localization messages that do not contain the required spaces. I would suggest to move the required spaces from the messages into the code where the final message is composed or use placeholders.
thanks, this is working for me.
Hi,
I works fine when defining a new Data Source (and adding in my case “parent=16” into the “Ags”-field and) using this as a new source for the form element.
But categories are not filtered when using the wpadverts categories directly and entering e.g. “parent=16” into the “Data Source Args.” field of the form element to only show the children of one of the main categories (see screenshots).

In reply to: [Statify] Statify request to admin-ajax.php triggers http-auth in MS EdgeDear Torsten,
Thanks for your quick reply! You are right that the restrictions in my /wp-admin/.htaccess file (taken from suggestions on the Internet) was too restricted.
I added the following to allow unauthorized requests to admin-ajax.php from the Statify plugin which solved the issue I had with MS Edge.
<Files admin-ajax.php> Order allow, deny Allow from all Satisfy any </Files>
And yes, its really strange that only MS Edge was affected.

Thanks, Greg! The patch you sent me is working fine. I am happy to hear that this minor issue will be solved in the next version of WPAdverts.
Marking this issue as resolved.
It works fine on the demo site where the ad preview is enabled.
It only seems to happens if the ad preview is disabled.
I switched to “Hierarchical” categories which solved the problem! Thanks for the quick response!
The issue has been solved with the latest version 2.1.2. Marking this issue as resolved. Thanks for the quick fix!
Hi,
Confirming that the placing of the bottom notification bar on the detail page is now correct in version 2.1.2. And thanks for the CSS snippet which hides the “$”-icon from the notification bar.
Thanks for your quick answer! The snippet works perfectly! ?
I would appreciate if you integrate these kind of useful snippets into the plugins one day.
Thanks for the quick response and looking forward for the next update ??

In reply to: [Gutenberg Forms - WordPress Form Builder Plugin] Block does not workSame problems and errors for me with WordPress 6.4.2.
The “Gutenberg Forms”-block is not available in the block editor and cannot be added or edited without editing the HMTL-code. Submitting the form fails with an error “Es gab einen kritischen Fehler auf deiner Website.”.Thank you very much! The entry in .htaccess works like charm!
