I was able to import some posts with an rss plugin. Now I need help getting my users and comments over. I now know that I need to convert my json files to xml in order for WordPress to be able to read and import them. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks!

I’m back. I’m hoping to have our blog back in the next 2 weeks, but wanted to get some more advice about the web hosting/setup in order to avoid having a really laggy (wordpress) website again. I am looking into Rackspace cloud services because they offer several perks. Another I was also thinking of using was the cloud website services Amazon offers. I am not a tech person, so I’d definitely need some big help setting up and managing my site. ??

Well my previous blog was here at www.remarpro.com. They have no connection to it. The first step that I would like to accomplish is getting my old blog back in one peace. Is there something I should be ask Tracky to make this process smoother? THANKS!

Unfortunately, the form for the credentials on the screen shot I provided are greyed out so I cannot enter new details. The only option on the screen is the “proceed” button.

Since I didn’t create my site, I assumed that the server and hosting were with the same company (Rackspace). I hope they are able to help me over the phone with this issue
