When I save it in + New Banner, it become:

When I place it in my header widget and load my web page, it become:
var uid = \ & # 039;12345\ & # 039;; (Please remove the space)
var wid = \ & # 039;12345\ & # 039;; (Please remove the space)

I find from the internet. & # 039; is equal to ‘. So, why when I save in + New Banner, \ appears?
