In the QSM plugin, if you go to the ‘Text’ tab and scroll down there is a section called “Message Displayed At End Of Quiz (Leave Blank To Omit Text Section)”. The default is “Be sure to click Submit Quiz to see your results!” but you can change this text to anything you would like, or leave blank to take it out completely from the quiz.

In the ‘Options’ tab, have you selected ‘Points’ in the question labeled ‘Which system is this quiz graded on?’?
You will also need to modify ‘%QUESTION_ANSWERS% Text’ in the ‘Text’ tab from “%CORRECT_SCORE%” to “%POINT_SCORE%”.

After accounting for this, if the issue still persists then send a support form through the plugin because it’ll collect information about what version of QSM you’re using and other useful stats that we can use to help debug the issue.

For the first question, this isn’t a feature that we currently offer, however we are working everyday to improve our plugin and every suggestion helps. We hope to have something like this in a future update!

As for the second question, we do offer a blank field for users to input their answers. Go to the ‘Question’ tab in the QSM plugin and where it says ‘Question Type’ you can select either a ‘small open answer’ or a ‘large open answer’ which will allow the user to input their answers. After our most recent update, we know also offer a fill-in-the-blank question type. At the moment this question type only allows for one fill-in-the-blank but we plan for our next update to allow for multiple fill-in-the-blanks for one question.

Make sure the you are putting the variable %USER_NAME% under the subject line in the ‘Email sent to admin’ text box. I ran a few tests and it seems to be working well on my end. After checking for any spelling errors or space errors, if the issue still exists fill out a support form from inside the plugin and send me a screenshot of how your ‘Email’ tab is set up.

There is a way to remove those fields from your email, however it might also affect your results page and the email the user receives. Go to your quiz in the QSM plugin and go to the tab labeled ‘Text’. If you scroll down, you’ll see a text box labeled “%QUESTIONS_ANSWERS% Text” This is where you can remove the line “Correct Answer: %CORRECT_ANSWER%” and then the ‘correct answer:’ line should not longer appear in your emails.

This is most likely a theme conflict that is hiding the radio button. You can check for a theme conflict by going to your themes in the “Appearance” menu and then switching to a default theme such as “Twenty Fifteen” temporarily. Now, check to see if this resolved your issue. Then, switch back to your theme. If this does solve your issue, please let us know what theme you are using and what version of the theme that you have installed.

Also, we offer a Landing Page addon that will redirect your quiz to a simple site without any theme or customization. This is a good choice if you want to keep your theme and to be able to use the QSM plugin to its full advantage.
