They’re nearly identical but not quite. If you scroll all the way down on both pages and compare, you’ll see that the post title is farther down below the featured image compared to the good page (homepage).

Please have one last look! I think it’s really simple but can’t figure it out on my own.

Thank you very much! This worked like a charm! There’s just on tiny thing with line height, I believe. I can’t figure it out. Every thing is identical except for the author’s name below the featured image. It’s maybe a couple of pixels off its position on the good page. I can’t seem to know why.

It would work except that the grid containers are split into 65% and 35% (for the image).

The thumbnail and medium sizes are set (150×0 and 300×0). Both are generated by WP (checked the upload folder).

It restructed the entry meta within the custom page hero for the archive itself. I’d like it to work for the entry meta of each post in the category or author page. It seems like I have to duplicate near-identical code to do this.

Hey, is it possible to make my code apply to the entry meta of posts in a category or author archive page? I’ve done but I had to duplicate the code without the “divs”

The only issue is with the menu transperancy on tablet on mobile. Is there a way to make the navigation transperant on desktops only?

I made the nav menu transparent by deselecting the ‘intial color’ in the Customizer>Color>Primary Navigation>Navigation Background.
