hi @richtoymedia ,
No it was not resolved. The issue still exists. The Hongo theme mobile menus don’t expand while Accordian FAQ plugin is enabled. There are not other plugins causing it (I disabled them all while testing).
hi,
First I disabled all plugins except for Responsive Accordion and the 4 mandatory plugins for the Hongo Theme to run:
Woocommerce
Hongo AddOns
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page BuilderThe Hongo mobile nested menu (‘Shop’ in the hamburger menu) still doesn’t expand.
After disabling Responsive Accordion the Hongo mobile menu starts working normally.
Re-enabling Responsive Accordion the Hongo mobile menu stops working again.
I also tried disabling Slider Revolution (leaving just Woocommerce, Hongo AddOns, WPBakery Page Builder), but it made no difference. Only disabling Responsive Accordion restores the Hongo mobile menu functionality.
hi Lokeshkalosiya,
Sorry, I discovered a problem with mobile browser view after the custom CSS is added. The text in the Accordion Description extends beyond the page on the right side.
You can see it in a mobile browser.I tried reducing the width to a lower px number, but it’s not workable due to different phone screen resolutions.
Is there a way to keep the text within the screen on mobile, and let it extend to 500px on desktop?
Thanks you ??
hi Lokeshkalosiya,
Yes it works ??
Thank you very much.
Doug

Yes, currently I’m using the official Facebook plugin. I also tried using Pixel Your Site. The pixel error occurs with both plugins.
Do you know how to fix it?
Thanks
Doug
hi,
Yes I think so. I don’t see Pa size or PA color.
There are lots of theme related items in the drop down list, but they don’t look relevant.
I’ve uploaded screenshots of all the attributes I can see on this pdf
https://drive.google.com/file/d/17KaQw3lc6xrUPb9X_KTF08swieZRHQNw/view?usp=sharinghi,
Yes I already looked and tried all the other options in the drop downs, which are
Woosea color (Custom attribute)
Woosea size (Custom attribute)
Color (Custom attribute)
Size (Custom attribute)On saving, refreshing feed and downloading the XML, there is nothing for color or size. https://dontwait.shop/wp-content/uploads/woo-product-feed-pro/xml/30sjQ8LcoAV2r6mrWU0sCf5x3IHSWkBi.xml
Previously I had tried a different plugin Woo Feed. Their plugin generated color and size with the default settings and showed up in the xml as <g:size>
<![CDATA[ M ]]> <g:color> <![CDATA[ Black ]]>But their plugin couldn’t upload shipping, so I switched to yours plugin. Do you have any further idea how to solve it? Thank you.
