Well, you can just create it yourself and check if you are allowed.

It is under the domain’s directory. You can simply add this line to it
memory_limit = 20M

Where have you saved the sitemap.xml file?
Can you please upload the sitemap.xml instead of sitemal.xml.gz and check if the error continues?

Hmm, I ran a few tests and it seems that you DNS entries may be hijacked! Seems like your host has not patched up yet.
All your php files seem fine to me. Maybe its your hosts DNS flaw.

Have you tried increasing the PHP file size limit?

Please answer these questions mate:
1) What is your OS?
2) Do you have your port 80 open?
3) If yes, do you have a firewall?
4) If yes, have you checked if it blocks HTTP requests?
5) Do you have a HTTPd?
6) Do you have PHP installed?

See, the problem was this – when I logged in to MySQL accounts (I do not have cPanel, I use eXtendCP) it said that there were no accounts. So, I created a new account and then imported my .sql into that account.
Also change the wp-config.php to relect the change, but to no avail!
