…it’s an even bigger shame because I’ve already had to hide the tabbed Popular/Latest/Trending section for similar reasons. The middle tab (Latest) worked, but my understanding is that the automated choice of posts appearing in the Popular and Trending tabs depend upon counts of the number of comments posts have received.

And since my site doesn’t have comments enabled, the Trending tab just showed the exact same articles as the Latest tab, and worse, the Popular tab showed the first 4 articles I ever posted — way back in 2016.

So it looks like (unless the theme author can assist), I’ll have had to disable the Popular/Latest/Trending tabbed section, as well as the Related Posts section, and the You Missed section.

That kind of feels like half the theme…

…from way back in 2016, the ‘Related Posts’ and ‘You Missed’ still just list the most recent postings.

Any advice before I have to contemplate disabling/hiding one or both of the sections (which seems a shame)?

Any word on this query? I have the exact same question. If it wasn’t for the additional “comment” box, this plugin would be perfect for how I’d like to use it.
