Just bought this plugin and the export went fine with a 2GB file but on a clean WP install the import file loaded 100% but the page hung with the notice ….” the import process with overwrite your database etc etc ….” and the Continue button is frozen.

I did look into my FTP folders and it does seem the whole backup worked but there is nothing I can do to log back into my admin panel. Previous migration with much smaller backup files (less than 500MBs) in the past were very smooth on same server.

Now just found out there’s no refund policy. Not happy! May have to rebuild a 50 website from scratch as this is a database upgrade from 5.1 to 5.6 mysql and old site is deleted.

I’m using Calypso with Word press 3.5.1 and I still can not get Lightbox to work with this theme. Tried Gallery Cleaner too.

Did you find out what the problem was – looks like it’s fixed? Having link issues here

Hope I don’t get blasted by someone here for butting in on the subject.

@ tiffany: I have this issue with one site out of 5 using 3.1 now. The original problem occurred using 3.0. But the upgrade did not help. Somewhere I remember on here that if all else failed it was likely a corrupted table setting in the msql database and if you knew how to go in there and change the corrupted code it would be fixed. Still looking for that fix.

I just upgraded to 3.1 and got one sentence: “Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class walker_page in /homepages/42/d127751870/htdocs/naacap/site/wp-includes/post-template.php on line 965”

Then I realised I missed a few of the loose single files from the 3.1 main directory to throw over the 3.05 ones via FTP and it worked like a charm. I was focused too much on the admin/content/ and includes directories. Simple mistake.

Thanks jezz. That is interesting and very cumbersome that WP does not somehow clean out the DB when you delete a plugin. I have the new WP 3.04 installed so hope I do not get the Admin menus disaster not showing again.

Well not sure if it’s related but there appears to be issues with the Admin Menu area and a white space for all your drag and drop features for page order and display. Still no fix found for some of us. Google Libraries worked for some.

I am getting the exact same problem too. The Nav Menu area where my pages can be dragged and dropped for the Nav bar section of the site is just blank. It was working fine for a week. It must be WP as i have tried a few themes and it still will not appear. The site works fine live but it means I am stuck with a 30 page site design. Handcuffed.

Any help appreciated. Have deactivated all plug ins. Done some “fresh” page uploads to overwrite old files in the admin area like the nav menu one.
