I added the following to the theme functions file:

remove_action( ‘shutdown’, ‘wp_ob_end_flush_all’, 1 );

and the debug errors have gone, but the problem with the form submitting remains

@darian: I only wish this had been resolved, but it hasn’t. The latest version of TEC is not compatible with the latest version of wordpress and a cursory look at the posts on this support forum shows that critical error issue is appearing more and more. I have a ticket with TEC for the past few days and its still not been resolved.

thanks for the response, only your method could end up being very expensive if I have to keep purchasing a theme to see which one works?

same here, latest up date broke my “Flawless” theme where ever the form was displayed. reverted back to the previous version, everything is working perfectly….

Thanks Josh, I was sure there was a solution! I just couldn’t find it in a search of the knowledge base?

I used the MailPoet re-install feature and it corrected the issue, MailPoet now looking like a brand new fresh install, delighted! Great Plugin!

Hi Guys, I really wish you’d read my posts a little more carefully; this issue is happening with SEVERAL of my sites not just the one I’ve posted on here.

You also need to read my first post where I have listed all the four log entries from the attempts to post that message; if I had not deleted the post in LinkedIn after each attempt an error message would have shown in the log….no error message, try to understand I do understand how this plugin works and I use it on 12 websites.

Hi, yes I understand how the plugin works, the settings are within given parameters. The issue is that (as shown in the first post) that the plugin shows no error, but the excerpt is not showing in the post?

Shortcodes adjustments :

Change only if you know what you’re doing, otherwise default values are just fine.
{TITLE} max length: 110 characters. (default value=110, range between 30 and 120)
{CONTENT_FIRST_WORDS} length: 30 characters. (default value=90, range between 30 and 120)
{EXCERPT} length:
(Used when auto generated) 400 characters. (default value=400, range between 100 and 600)
