In reply to: [Request Form for Zendesk] “System” field isn’t populating in ZendeskJust FYI. The priority field is working great and the JS solution you gave me for updating the labels is great too.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Request Form for Zendesk] “System” field isn’t populating in ZendeskHi Phil! One other question… My client wants to be able to customize the text on some of the form fields, particularly the priority dropdown options. Instead of Low, Med, High, they would like:
P1 – 2 hours response time
P2 – 4 hours response time
P3 – 1 business day response time
P4 – 2 business day response timeIs there any kind of JS callback I can use once your form has loaded so I can tweak the labels and displayed options on the form?
Thanks for any help you can offer…

In reply to: [Request Form for Zendesk] “System” field isn’t populating in ZendeskWhere do I get the new version of the plugin with the priority functionality? I tried downloading the plugin from www.remarpro.com but it looks like it’s the old plugin without the priority changes.

In reply to: [Request Form for Zendesk] “System” field isn’t populating in ZendeskYou rock, Phil! I’ll try it out today and will let you know how it goes…
BTW, do you think you’ll add the ability to add *any* system field from Zendesk in the future?

In reply to: [Request Form for Zendesk] “System” field isn’t populating in ZendeskOh, that would be perfect! Do you need any other info from me? Does it make sense what I mean about the “system” fields?

In reply to: [Elementor Inline SVG] Problem when migrating siteI was actually able to fix the problem by using the Duplicator plugin instead of WP Migrate DB Pro. This makes me think that the issue was caused by WP Migrate DB Pro.
If I run into the issue again, I will post the error and SVG code… Thanks for your response…

In reply to: How to preview page with meta box information?Just thought I’d see if anyone had any ideas on this. This seems like pretty crucial functionality to make WP work as a full-fledged CMS.
Thoughts?

In reply to: How to preview page with meta box information?I’ve also since discovered that the meta box information is not included in the revisions in WordPress. This is a bummer because I often use these meta boxes for content on pages with complex layouts. If I can only rollback the content in the main editing window, the revision functionality becomes a lot less useful.
Does anyone know how to make the meta box info get included in the preview/revisions functionality or is there some other workaround for this type of content to make it so it can be?
Thanks for any help you can provide.

In reply to: [SimpleModal Login] [Plugin: SimpleModal Login] Redirect to referrerThanks for your response, Eric. Unfortunately, I don’t think the first FAQ applies to my situation. I can get the login/logout to redirect to the referrer when you login directly. My problem is when someone first registers and then logs in immediately. If I try to pass the “redirect_to” when opening the reg form, it makes the reg form get an “empty_both” error when it is submitted. You can see more detail in my original post. Thanks for any help you can offer on this…

In reply to: Login with fancyboxQuick update on this. If I load the login form without using the iframe option in fancybox, the login works great. The only problem is that if I enter a bad username or password, the login form then reloads in the main page, not in the lightbox…
Thanks again for any help you can offer…

In reply to: “Show” link broken when inserting mediaThanks esmi. Uploading a fresh version of wp-includes did the trick. I think I had tinkered around in one of the files in there and had knocked something loose. Thanks so much for the help!
