It seems to be incompatible with certain theme templates, and nobody knows how to fix it.

The theme I’m using is
Education BusinessVersion: 1.0
By?Bizberg Themes and there is no way to contact them directly.

Last year on a different project it worked well with
Flatsome | Multi-Purpose Responsive WooCommerce Theme

So perhaps I need to go back to using that as the Bizberg theme is unusable, so glad I didn’t upgrade and pay for that.
Avoid it!
