I hate to tell you this, but I don’t think there is anything you can do. I have been trying to get a response from their support since February. I too purchased a license, and thought “support” would mean a response to my ticket atleast. I came here on the keywords “foobox support” hoping someone had an answer, only to find another someone just like me who these guys have failed to respond to. They obviously could care less about the people that spend money on their products.
