In reply to: There has been a critical error on this sitego daddy was able to get me in. So I am back in but i still have the plug in folder disabled. Is it better to try to use the back up or do i try to figure out how to add in each plug in again?
Go Daddy said it was the theme that was causing issues so they did change that theme. So now its all messed up.

In reply to: There has been a critical error on this siteI was able to remove the plug in section through Go Daddy. I now have part of my front page back up but still no access to WP and getting an HTTP 500 error that enzymediane.com is currently unable to handle this request.

In reply to: There has been a critical error on this siteThank you I am muddling through with google searches to attempt to figure this all out. I did find the Plug in section on GoDaddy. I am not sure how to rename the folder. There is a back up someplace that does trigger each day thankfully.
i can get all the way through placing the order and I have PayPal working for the most part but when I used Stripe it let me enter the card then I got a fatal error. I am on help with woo commerce they are finding the payment log that it is due to the HF subscription. they offered a program that is $199.

In reply to: [Subscriptions for WooCommerce] orders moving to hold and not chargingWhere do I find this default time interval? I was able to remove the enable stock management check mark. This has not fixed it and I can not find the default time interval section.
I also attempted to Skype but not sure I did that correctly. I left a message on it. Thank you.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Subscriptions for WooCommerce] orders moving to hold and not chargingI just changed that as we do not deal with any stock accounting on our website. I hope this works. Now is there a way to get the orders that have cancelled to be active again or do I need to have the cutomer set up a new subscription?

In reply to: [Subscriptions for WooCommerce] orders moving to hold and not chargingI do not have Skype. The payment gateway is either Stripe or PayPal. Most of them are Stripe. I have noticed several PayPal as manual renewal although I am not sure how clients have set it up this way. Any help is greatly appreciated.
