Hi @domainsupport,
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback.
As you have mentioned in your review, we marked this resolved a bit early. I apologize for the confusion that the resolved thread might have created and I would like to share that we have taken your feedback into consideration and we will be working on the steps we usually follow when handling cases like this.
We appreciate your feedback. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding WPForms Lite, please feel free to share them in the WPForms Support Forum.

Hi @arno-kools,
Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We appreciate it.
In regards to the negative points that you shared, I can help to provide some more details to clarify this.
Notification emails are available in all versions of WPForms, including the free version as well. Though it is limited to how many receipts can get it, it is still there in the free version as well. You can find out how you can set it up here.
Additionally, about the reCAPTCHA issue you mentioned, we do have a guide on how you can fix them here.
Lastly, if you still have any questions regarding the plugin usage, please feel free to post them on the WPForms Lite Support Forum.
I hope it helps!
Regards!Hi @drtricia,
Thanks for writing in and I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this. However, I believe that this might have occurred due to some confusion and I can definitely share some details to clarify it.
Currently, no entries are stored for backup in the free version of WPForms unless you have the Lite Connect feature enabled (more details on that?here). The main reason entries are not stored in WPForms Lite is due to WordPress guidelines. We’re not allowed to lock entries behind a paid license level which is why we created Lite Connect to allow users to opt into the Lite Connect feature. This allows users to recover the entries that were made from the time Lite Connect is enabled.
If you’d like to see if and when Lite Connect was enabled, please go to WPForms > Tools > System Info (screenshot). Here’s a link to a guide with more details about the System Info.
However, if you had enabled that option and still the entries were not recovered, then our team would be able to help. I would suggest you submit a support ticket as this falls under the paid feature of WPForms.
Additionally, all form submission info is also sent to your site’s administrator email address by default, unless you have any settings changed in the notification settings. So, you could check the inbox to see if you can find the form submission data there.
If you have an active license subscription with us, could you please submit a support ticket through the WPForms?account dashboard?when you have a chance? Or, if you do not have an active license now, then you can still post this question on the WPForms Lite Support Forum.
I apologize again for the trouble but I hope this helps! Thanks!
Hi @mbs1337,
Thank you for your response.
The reason that it might not have worked is because of the recent version of Google Chrome. The documentation has mentioned it in one of the notes here.
However, I believe this is something that we need to improve on our end, so I have taken note of it and I will bring this to our team for further analysis of the suggested snippet.
Meanwhile, if you have any other questions, please feel free to post about them on our WPForms Lite Support Forum.
Regards!

When you have a chance, could you please let me know how we might earn that 5th star from you? That way I can share your feedback with our team, or potentially even offer ideas for how to do what you’re looking for.
Thanks! Please let me know ??
Hi @mbs1337,
Thank you for your response and clarifying the request. That helped me.
And I am glad to know that you figured it out.
We have developer documentation on how you could turn it off. It suggests adding some code to your website and that should work fine.
You can find the link here.I hope it helps.
Thanks!
Hi @mbs1337,
Thank you for sharing your feedback and apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Going through your review title, It seems that you wanted to disable the email suggestions that come up in the email field when typing an email address. If that is what you’re looking to disable, we do have a way to do it. You have to add a few lines of code and we have documented the entire process of doing it in our developer documentation here.
I hope it helps.
However, if that is not what you meant and wanted to turn off something else, please do share some details about it on our WPForms Lite Support Forum.
Thanks!Hi @diquispe,
Thank you for your feedback and apologies for the inconvenience you faced.
In regards to your concern about installing plugin, I would like to clarify that we do not install the plugin automatically as it is not possible to do without having access to the site.
The most probable cause for this being installed on your multiple sites is: you might have a common hosting provider creating WordPress sites for you or a common theme that you’ve installed on all of your sites. Some hosting providers include themes and plugins as a bundled package when they setup WordPress for users. And in some cases, some themes install these from their end as a part of their form creating feature.
That is what I believe could be happening on your end. Would you mind checking all you sites for anything that is common i.e hosting or theme?I believe you should be able to find the issue with the above details. And if that does not resolve the issue, could you please create a new thread in our WPForms Lite Support forum with the details?
Thanks!

Hey?@iconoclast15767,
I apologize for any confusion around how entries are handled in WPForms Lite!
Currently, no entries are stored for backup in the free version of WPForms unless you have the Lite Connect feature enabled (more details on that here).
While you can’t store entries using WPForms Lite, you can absolutely still receive form submissions as an email with our form notifications.
And if you’re having trouble receiving form notification emails I’ve also included our guide on fixing this here.
I apologize again for the trouble but I hope this helps!
Thanks!

Hi @realnikolaj,
Thank you so much for your genuine feedback. We appreciate it.
In regards to the feature that you’ve mentioned, Currently, we do not have an OAuth2 feature. I do agree it would be super helpful, though. I will add your feature request to our list of requests.
Thanks again for sharing it. ??
Hi @mostafasaad,
We apologize if WPForms Lite doesn’t seem to fit your needs at the moment and for any trouble, you might’ve run into while using WPForms Lite! Our team has made sure that the free version of WPForms has everything necessary to help you create basic forms on your site.
The Standard Fields like the Single Line Text and Paragraph Text fields can be used to collect any information you’d like.
You can also set up form notifications to send out form submission details directly to your email address.
Additionally, you can use the CAPTCHA integration (reCAPTCHA or hCaptcha) with any version of WPForms, including WPForms Lite. All you need to do is a bit of setup — we’ve shared all the details on that in our CAPTCHA setup doc.
If you have any suggestions for the things you’d like to see in the Lite version, please let me know and I’d be happy to share your feedback with the team.
Our team is here to help answer any questions to help get your WPForms plugin operating smoothly. The WPForms Lite www.remarpro.com support forum is regularly monitored by actual members of our support team so you can rest assured that any answers you receive there are coming from our own experts.
If we can help resolve any issues you might be running into with WPForms then please feel welcome to reach out to us on the support forum.
