Same thing happened to me. I asked for a refund three weeks ago and still haven’t heard from them.

Two and a half weeks later, STILL NO REFUND!

These people are scammers!

True to form, they are ignoring my requests for a refund.

UPDATE: After lots of mucking around it turns out that the booking plugin was unsuitable for my clients business model. My client is an educational institution offering workshops which can last from 1 day up to 9 days long. The Booking Ultra Pro plugin seems more suitable for a “hair dresser” style business where they take bookings from hourly intervals throughout the day.

Furthermore there are styling issues and perpetual problems with support. I asked for a refund three days ago and haven’t heard anything.

Thank you for finally helping me. It took a while, but better late than never. I’m looking forward to finally seeing this project finished. ??

It has now been FOUR WEEKS and I still haven’t heard anything back from them. It is now clear that the developers behind this plugin are scammers. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Awad, you have unintentionally given them 5 stars, please edit your review and give them 1 star. I have been experiencing the same issues. They are pathetic.
