I am having the same issue. When I try to view the author panel, only half the page shows up, when I view source, it seems like there is a lot more there, but only half the author page shows up. The last time that I installed this, it worked fine…

anyone have any ideas?

I made a lucky guess and got some of it right ??

Ok, I placed google code in single.php in the article
directory theme that I am using, i placed the code
right after <div class=”entry”> and the google ad
appeared just where I wanted it with the exception
of one issue…

1) The text did not wrap around to the right of the ad
as I would like it too, maybe you can explain futher
how to get this to happen.

2) still unsure how to place a link so that I would appear
at the bottom of all articles. the link you see now was
placed when the article was posted. look at this:

Does WP have some type of email confirmation mod? I am also
getting a lot of bot spammers signing up as I just set
this up last night, and already have 60 users, and recapacha
is not working, not even slowing them down…

Whats the difference between the index.php and single.php

If I have an ad code, I would appreciate if you can
explain exactly where to place the code so the ad

Article directories are nothing more then spam magnets.

I setup a new directory and had not even advertised,
within min registrations started climbing…

they are nothing more then programmed spiders sent
out to register on wp / AD sites so they can
submit their junk. It can take a very long time before
real people start coming, if they ever do…

i noticed wp does not have any signup confirmations, if they
had this avail, then your registrations would be almost zero!
or install caphcha…

This is what I am saying:

Everytime someone makes a comment, then it bumps that
post back to the top of the blog, until new posts are made
which force it back down again, and when someone makes a
new comment, then it bumps the post back to the top again.

I am not sure what that is. I am not a coder, and that
seems to be fairly vague. I am not even sure what
I am reading or even what to do.

For the moment it is working, now I am having to deal with
another mod that was working fine last night, and it is not
working today, but if popular decides to give me attitude again, then I just may uninstall and delete it…

I am surprised something like this is not built into WP.
posts are sorta useless and they get less seen once they
fall into the deepness of your site. We need something
that is stable and can let everyone else know this post
is popular, because people read posts that are popular.

I would like to see a post bumping mod, just like you see
on forums, when someone makes a comment on lets say a popular
post, then the post is bumped back up to the top, this
should keep popular posts at the top so they will not
be forgotten in such a small amount of time, because once
a post leaves the home page, then it is almost forgotten.

I think I will go with Google XML Sitemap

after all, you cant go wrong with 5million downloads…

I am using wp, not a forum, and I have seen other
wp blogs with indentions. I am trying to figure out
how to do it as they are doing it now.

That seems to somewhat move the text, but it is not
moving the symbol dot that I have in front of the sentence.
