Have a look at https://ch2.php.net/manual/en/book.exif.php ! You can check if the exif_read_data function exists!

I think your PHP installtion does not support the EXIF functions, but it’s only a speculation…

And how does it look like in your post?
Did you activate the XML Google Maps Plugin?
Did you configure a Google Maps API Key?

I have no problem with this image. I simply added it to a Gallery, and then I entered
[xmlgm ngg_gallery=x] (x stands for the NextGEN Gallery ID)
or
[xmlgm ngg_picture=x] (x stands for the NextGEN Picture ID).

The picture suddenly appears in Tenerife in the post…

You really have to save this map first as a “My Google Maps”! It is not possible to save a map that is not saved in the Google Maps API.

No way. This plugin directly sends the KML file to the Google Maps API GGeoXML Object. This one parse the file and not the Plugin! I even didn’t see the possibility to Switch Off some elements of the GGeoXML Overlay…

First of all there is a workaround:

2) You cannot directly set https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF8&hl=de&msa=0&output=nl&msid=102758581694521177745.000448a802294cf93103c – you have to make this with an a-tag! “My Map“

Sorry, this but is not the problem. If you link your Google Map to the Google Earth Link (KML file) not to the Page Link (HTML), then it will work.

This works fine if you activated your plugin and the whole links is on one single line in the html source code (I tested it, this really works)…
