I got in touch with Stripe and there is an alternative way to handle the prenotification emails by using a webhook. See- https://stripe.com/docs/sources/sepa-debit#using-webhooks-or-automated-emails
It might be way to integrate prenotification emails in WooCommerce.

sorry for my late response.
I installed the github version and it works per se. I’ll watch the recurring emails but I’d like to thank you for now.
As @jmjr pointed out the email styling and the lack of translation is unacceptable. But this is an Stripe issue, isn’t it?

I read your answer und saw the statement. While it is a mandate, it does not include wether a mandate reference number nor a creditor identifier. That is no problem for one time purchases.
My point is, that the statement shown during checkout is not sufficient when it comes to subscription products with reccuring payments.
My observation is, that there is no built-in pre notification of the customer with the above mentioned information before following payments.
But maybe there is one and I missed it. And maybe that problem has to be tackled by the WooCommerce Subscriptions dev team. I don’t know. I just read the Stripe docs and in my understanding they are providing the prerequisites to solve it. So I wondered how to do it and found no solution while testing.

Since this is the mandate that the customer has implicitly signed when accepting the terms suggested above, it must be communicated to them, either on the payment confirmation page or by email.

and concerning recurrent payment please read further notifying customers of recurring payments.
At least with the first renewal payment the customer needs to know the mandate reference and creditor identifier amongst other things. Both are not shown during checkout or via email.

The credit card payment method works as expected.
The Stripe gateway Log doesn’t contain any error messages, but the Stripe Dashboard logs showed following message:{ "error": { "type": "invalid_request_error", "message": "You passed an empty string for 'owner[phone]'. We assume empty values are an attempt to unset a parameter; however 'owner[phone]' cannot be unset. You should remove 'owner[phone]' from your request or supply a non-empty value.", "param": "owner[phone]" } }
Anyway, I updated the Woocommerce Stripe Gateway Plugin to version 4.0.1 today and it successfully created an SEPA Direct Debit order. The Stripe logs show, that owner[phone] is now set to null.

it showed, that we had a problem with file quota on our server. After deleting unnecessary files the error messages stopped.

ich konnte die Seite über den Google-DNS-Server erreichen. Letztlich geht es jetzt nach einem Firmware-Update meines Routers. Vielleicht h?tte auch ein Neustart des Routers gereicht.
