We have tried to replicate the issue but haven’t been able to do that, which points to something unique to your case. I’m afraid that we won’t be able to dig into your specific site, which makes troubleshooting rather tricky.

Once an order is complete and still as backorder showing up on the item, you can’t go back and clear the backorder when you have the product in.
I’m not sure what you mean by this. Could you share a screenshot to illustrate this?
If an item is on back order, but the user is in processing, it doesn’t show up on the daily sales.
Where are you seeing this? The full order amount shows in total sales for the day for me in WooCommerce > Analytics. Please share a screenshot that clarifies the issue.
