Thanks for the update here @pten111. I merged your two tickets into one and our team will respond to you by email for support.
Hi @pten111 This experience sounds very frustrating! I’d like to help you resolve the issue.
You mentioned that you are waiting for a response from WooCommerce but I haven’t been able to identify a ticket from you to us and I have no way to reach you. Would you please share a ticket number if you’ve created a ticket with us already? And if you haven’t yet, please reach us by opening a ticket.
If you include a link to this forum thread in your email and reply here, I can ensure that we respond promptly.

Hi there,
You could use a plugin like Display PHP Version to confirm your PHP version. When you do that, what version does the plugin show?
Hi @keldn,

Hi @commback74, I suggest reaching out to the support for Adminimize to see what settings you may be able to change in that plugins so it doesn’t affect MailPoet.
Hi @fronimitis,
We don’t typically monitor resolved threads so I’d recommend starting a new thread if you still need help.
In the meantime, I’d also recommend reviewing the documentation here:
Hi @zylaris (and everyone else),
We have instructions for some of the most common hosts here:
https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/295-spf-dkim-dmarc
However, if that still doesn’t help, please reach out to your host/registrar for help and check the troubleshooting steps on that page as well.
I’m afraid that this is not possible with the MailPoet plugin out of the box. You can vote for this feature request here.
Hi @naoko566. Are you using the latest version of MailPoet and still having this problem?
Can you please share your site address and let me know what sending service you’re using? Also, what is the type of email that you were sending that got paused, and have you been able to send anything since?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Open category archive page by url parameterHi @nicolacirotto. You’re right that there is no built-in option to link to a product page using the category id, so this solution would need to be customized as you’ve done.
Hi @tomaskoba01,
cURL errors are generally caused by issues with configuration on the server, either PHP settings, firewall settings, or other server settings. In this case it looks like something is blocking the calls between your site and Stripe’s API on port 443. There’s some explanation about the cURL error 7 here.
I recommend contacting your host for help, and also checking the configuration of any caching and security plugins on your site to make sure that they are not intermittently blocking the connection to Stripe.
