how can i deactivate it if i can’t even get into my wp-admin?

I believe I only have a couple of plugins active. I did not get any new ones or activate anything before i got the error. I cannot get into WP Admin.

right. but i had this problem back when i was using the wordpress 2012 theme so its not a theme-specific problem
