There is no outdated WooCommerce templates issue. I checked with uptodate unmodified Storefront.

I have it in PRO version and faced both desktop and mobile versions.

But when checked Enable Legacy Inputs Rendering (PPOM Version 22.0 is major update, if some issues occur you can revert back to old version by this.) in PPOM settings page, the issue resolved.

I think I have similar root cause problem. In my site, the redirect to thank you page failed after submit.

Everithing works fine, pdf generating fine, but CF “thank you for submit” text appears, and do not follow by redirect to thank you page.

I checked with 0.8.5 version.

(WP / all plugins and themes also updated before add this message).

Today I updated free version to 20.4 and then deactivated/activated plugin.

Result: on dashboard / Woocommerce menu item I don’t see PPOM fields submenu, but I see PPOM menu in first menu level, and also in Woocommerce / Product editor.

So as I see, this issue resolved.
