Thank you so much for the reply. It took me some time to notice that the suffix(in my case, ‘~.com/d-room-????/’) somehow disappears when users click ‘next’ on the reservation page, so the page redirects to the main page and users cannot process the reservation. There was Korean language in the url, and I thought it caused the problem. I fixed it to english(‘~.com/d-room-reservation/’), and now it works perfectly.
