Thanks, Mike, for the continuing support of this fine plugin.
If we were back in the good old non-responsive days, it would be easy to add either a simple line to the page when reloaded or a small popup to let the visitor know their purchase had been added to the cart.
I don’t know what would be the easiest way to let the visitor know. Maybe display the cart with a prompt to keep shopping or check out? The former choice would send them back to the previous page.

The problem is seen when you try to edit a Text Block in a Visual Composer page. The edit window comes up with no text in it, even though there’s already text in the block. No editing of text is possible in the block.
Yes, anything that would make it obviously clear to the visitor that their selection had been recorded.

Thanks for the response, Mike. I wish I could help, but I only know enough PHP to be dangerous.

In reply to: [HTML Plus Recent Posts by Category Widget] Tips for HTML?I apologize for not responding sooner. I guess I missed the email notification.
Thank you for explaining how I can get the results I want. I was trying to use that plugin on a church site to show their events (posts). I took a quick look at the site, and I see I decided to use the plugin Recent Posts Extended instead.
I have copied the above to a text file to which I can refer if the opportunity arises again.

In reply to: comodo sslDo those two scripts do anything (I don’t know Javascript)?
I inserted them in header.php, and nothing changed. So I uploaded the desired image file to the Media Library and put the link in a Text widget with the img tag. It shows up just fine.

In reply to: Customizer save & publish not working properly today?I am a long-time installer of WP sites. I just installed a new one and tried to use the Twenty Seventeen theme. It will not Save and Publish. Clicking that button never changes to Saved and the sie does not update. I switched to the Twenty Fifteen theme, and it works correctly.

In reply to: [Sticky Posts In Category] Plugin Adding Box to Top of Post?Well, now I can’t duplicate the issue! Since I had the problem with your plugin, I switched to a different one, Category Sticky Post. In the post edit screen, it has a checkbox to hide the sticky post border, which I checked.
I switched temporarily back to your plugin to try to get the screenshot, but no border! I’m wondering if the setting of the other plugin was preserved and is affecting your plugin.
Maybe it’s the default behavior for a sticky post to have a border, and my theme messed up the border so it wasn’t around the edge of the post. When I had the problem earlier, I did look at the browser page source, and I didn’t see any code that would generate the box.

gulliver, I like your solution, and it works well for me. Thank you for contributing it.

Thanks, Joe. I got the X on the left with this:
.mc-main .details .close { float: left; width: 16px !important; padding: 2px 2px 7px 7px; }
I’ll have to give some more thought to getting the X darker. I think maybe the theme is involved here because the X was a lot darker with a different theme.
