I appreciate your response, but this is a perfect example to my problem with WP EasyCart. The documentation at your link is merely a description for the feature. It doesn’t help me solve problems.

Are you saying that a person cannot cancel their subscription and payment through their WPEC user profile? That once they set up a subscription payment, it reoccurs for life? That if they notify me they want to cancel, then I must contact Stripe to cancel that charge? Where is that in the documentation? I can’t find that by searching for the simple terms “cancel subscription” or “cancel subscription payment.”

I use Ultimate Member, and they have this AMAZING Q&A forum. I found answers by users and UM developers to solve 10s of issues.

I didn’t give it a zero star. I gave it a one star. And I didn’t say it wasn’t appropriate for a business site. I said it wasn’t appropriate for a business of size because the site admin often isn’t the same person who handles website inquiries or customer service. I regret that I didn’t see the short code workaround before deleting your plugin from my website. I might have tried that. You should probably make that suggestion at the top where you actually say: “By default form submissions will be send to your site’s admin email address (set in Settings > General). It’s also possible to send a confirmation email to sender.”
