Jeg fant feilen. Hvis Myring.com API kundenummeret er feil vil fraktguiden alltid svare med feilmelding og ikke vise fraktvalg i frontend.

Hvilkene tjenester har du aktivert under Bring fraktguiden > Fraktalternativer > Tjenester? De forskjellige tjenestene har begrensninger ift vekt og st?rrelse. Det kan hende at produktene overstiger det som er gyldig for de valgte tjenestene.

Hvis ikke, kunne du gitt oss tilgang til backend ([email protected]) slik at jeg kan unders?ke problemet n?rmere?

Har du aktivert bring fraktguiden som fraktmetode under fraktsoner?
Bring fraktguiden har problemer med den nye klarna modulen som vi jobber med ? fikse. De vanligste problemene med ingen fraktvalg er enten at instillinger for vekt og dimensjoner er feil, enten p? produkt-niv? eller globalt i WooCommerce instillingene, eller at fraktsoner ikke er satt opp.

You will run into problems sooner or later with an old Php version like this, it is from 2012.

Yes, you will need to go back to the 1.3.0.

However, looking at your server’s setup, it might be better to update your PHP version to prevent any future problems with more than just this plugin. If you manage to update your PHP version & still need help, head back to this post and we’ll try to help as best as possible.

We’ll be pushing over an update in the coming week that will help detect server problems before enabling.

Den oppdaterte versjonen har st?tte for st?rre pakker med fastpris som en fallback.

To update anyone else with the issue that @sebbis was experiencing, head over to your Bring Fraktguiden settings page & hit the Fallback tab.

Set the maximum products in your cart to a reasonable number, like 1000. This will fix the issue with Bring not showing on your cart or checkout page.

We’re pushing over a fix shortly to default this number to resolve the issue.

When we set you need to set the product dimensions, we mean two things:

1. You need to make sure your dimensions are setup correctly within the
woocommerce settings. If you head to your Woocommerce settings in the dashboard, the products tab will show you the Weight & Dimensions settings for the shop. Make sure these are correct?– I’ve seen people forget that CM is set here & all the products are listed in MM, which makes a 20mm product 20cm when Bring fetches the price! Set it to the wright measurement for your shop.

2. Each product should have dimensions, this is what Bring will use to give you an accurate price. Without these set, Bring will default to their ‘everything’ price, which can often be twice what you’d expect it to be!

MyBring has two sides to it. The first side is an account that allows you to get some benefits from bring – different pricing, cheaper shipping options, an account page with them allowing you to book orders etc. Whatever your agreement with MyBring is. This is available in the free plugin.

With the PRO version of the plugin, MyBring Booking becomes enabled directly in your admin, allowing you to book and ship orders without leaving your Order page. There are a few more differences for the PRO version listed here: https://drivdigital.no/bring-fraktguiden-pro-woocommerce

@vof2016 Jeg pr?ver ? reprodusere PHP feilmeldingen din n?. Det at du ikke f?r opp fraktmetoder er merkelig. Kan du sjekke hvilkene instillinger du har for Shipping Zones i Woo og “Fra postadresse” i Bring?
