Is there no way to do this?

Several weeks ago a friend of his responded to me on Facebook stating that he was alive and well. Apparently he has walked away from this project and is not looking back, as he refuses to respond to any of my direct inquiries.

Any input on this??

I really need to be able to exclude a category from being included in the widget output. Is this possible?

Just a note on the automatic thumbnail creation feature… You should make sure that the latest version of ghostscript is installed on your hosting server. That resolved the issue for me.

I have premium support tickets that date back 5 months that have not even been viewed. The premium support has been non-existent for about 6 months now.

What is the issue? Maybe it’s something one of us has encountered and found a solution for. Sadly, I think the only support here is going to come from fellow users.

I had hopes that since an update was released that Fabian would possibly address some of the posts on here, or at LEAST in the paid premium support forum… But still… Nothing!! Very disappointing, as the update seems to have broken the plugin even more than it was before.

Update…

I removed and reinstalled the plugin, re-connected it to my account and it seems to be working again. Maybe just a glitch from the WP update. Thanks.

Seems to be working now out of nowhere.

Same thing. Was working fine. Then all of a sudden I try to use it and get the “Done creating an empty archive” message and it just hangs.

Same here. Uninstalling. Made my website look like amateur-hour.

Well, I do hope he is ok whatever the situation may be. Not many good alternatives, but moving on I suppose. Thanks for the additional info.

I ended up using a login redirect plugin to direct logged in users to a page without the tree upon login. Seems to get the job done…. sort of.

I agree. I’ve had several support tickets sitting unanswered for months as well. I’ve had to abandon my entire website and rebuild it from scratch using another system. I cannot believe I wasted money on this. ??
