Wpsolutions, Your suggestion was perfect. It is AIOWS in combination with the WPML Plugin that makes the situation visible. AIOWS is correctly dealing with the relocation of the login page, then, the WPML Multilingual CMS plugin seems to do some processing and decides to relocate the visitor to the home page because it does not recognize the address. However, it only redirects incorrectly the first time through after a cache clear. Interesting.
Thank you for the suggestion. Next time, I’ll disable plugins to see if there is relationships between plugins before posting.
It’s interesting that the combination of plugins creates a situation that seems to be a timing related affect on some computers and not others.
