In my case it only shows like “(video)” like in search page.
But it looks like this on full post page!

I had same problem, fter this error I went to plugins and activated it successfully. But anyway tha tag generator button in post editor doen’t do anything. I’ve already downloaded swf package and uploaded them into plugin dir, but till no luck!
