I have managed to resolve all of the issues i was having going by your response. I have amended the title and rating accordingly.

I wrote the review in haste as was frustrated (never a good idea), i edited it 1 minute after your response to make it more reasonable. I will take a look at what you said and adjust the review accordingly.

Will not have a chance to try this until Thursday, i looked at the guide but i am not sure this is what i am after. As i want the 2nd pdf to sit to the right of the 1st pdf and the 4th pdf to site to the right of the 3rd pdf, 2 pdfs on each “line” By the looks of the css in the guide it will just float them all to the left, so i will end up with 4 pdfs all on arranged vertically?

I managed to temporarily fix this with some custom CSS

But it would be good to know why the problem occurred in the first place and if i can fix it with out the band aid solution

It is working fine, i was being dumb and didn’t enable the monitors for the dashboard. the uptime robot checking my site is triggering backup buddy. All is working!

Hi there,

My reason for installing the plugin is that its querying of my websites counts as activity on my sites. My sites are all basically unused at the moment and i am trying to get into the good habit of having them all auto backup on schedule using backup buddy.

Currently the only way i can see to monitor the sites is via https://uptimerobot.com/ in a browser. It is working and i can see the info for my sites in there.

The only place i can see about uptimerobot in wordpress is in settings, the area where you add the API key.

I just thought i was missing something, as i could not find a wayto view uptime information on the backend of the websites themselves. This may just be how is is setup, if so please excuse my ignorance. I just thought i was missing something.

I am able to view it no problem via the browser and it is triggering my scheduled backups so it isn’t a big issue really

I have attached a message from backup buddy to give you a bit of context of what im doing. Thank you.

Yes, Bucks, Herts and Beds are all (abbreviated)counties in southern England. (my friend also supplied me with a list of towns but i cannot find a way to include this list within yoast so opted for the county names)

bucks = buckinghamshire
berks = berkshire
herts = hertfordshire

I would have preferred to be the full name of each county, but the problem is that i cannot fit the full names in the within the “seo title” and yoast will return a red mark next to “page title” if the “focus keyword” is not included within it.

How many characters can i put into “focus keyword” and what separator do i need to put between them?

I digress though, i am a little confused, would it not appear a bit messy to customers coming to the site to have 3 pages for “landscaping” and 3 pages for “tree services”, all with duplicate information on them?

Really appreciate your help with this. I just need to crack this and then i can continue building other sites and feel like i am making progress.
