I am also unable to change/save the settings. I have disabled all plugins including caching, downgraded WP versions, changed themes, changed php versions everything I could think of. Even when PO is the only plugin active I still cannot save the settings. Any thoughts?

I attempted this several times to reinstall the plugin using the guide and it still will not allow me to disable the firewall.
