You can get the value the same way you do on front end page template.

get_field('the_previous_field')

Put it in a variable that you can use as a parameter to your function.

You can try adding a SoundCloud Playlist field in your custom field group and the authentication process will take place in your attempt to browse a playlist when you add a new page (assuming your location of SoundCloud Playlist field is in adding a new page).
